About the Event

Conexión Américas is hosting an exciting World Cup Watch Party, bringing our community together to cheer, celebrate, and enjoy the tournament. It's a fun evening filled with soccer spirit, great company, and community connection.

Volunteer Responsibilities

Volunteers play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Depending on your selected shift, you may assist with event setup, guest check-in, decorating, food station preparation, event support, and cleanup.

First Shift: 4:00 PM – 7 PM

2 volunteers will help us prepare the event space for a great experience before guests arrive by:

• Setting up decorations and signage
• Assisting with food and beverage station preparation
• Organizing guest areas and activity spaces
• Supporting guest check-in and ticketing once doors open at 6:00 PM

Second Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Help ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience by:

• Assisting with guest check-in and ticketing
• Greeting and directing attendees
• Providing general event support 
• Helping maintain event spaces throughout the evening
• Assisting with light cleanup and breakdown at the end of the match
