Conexiόn Amѐricas is recruiting volunteers to help with the assembly and delivery of gifts for the graduates of our Parents as Partners educational program. Parents as Parents is an advocacy program that supports parents of students in Metro Nashville Public Schools as they seek to regain the vital role of children's first and most influential teacher in life. Signing up for the first shift indicates you will help with assembling gifts. Signing up for the second shift indicates you will help with picking up and delivering gifts to participants. More instructions for this role will be given after receiving your RSVP, and the role will require use of a car. For this opportunity volunteers are picking up 4-6 gift bags on Friday, but you will be free to deliver the gift bags to our families over the weekend of December 11-12th. Once volunteers have signed up, the volunteer coordinator will contact you with more details and instructions regarding the event.
Health and Safety of our Staff and Volunteers is Our Priority!
Masks are required during volunteering hours. Volunteers must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or recent negative test (within 48 hours of the event) in order to volunteer with Conexión Américas.
