Paella Demonstration with Lisa Mays

As part of the Nashville Public Library's Nashville Reads event, join us for an evening of food and great company at Casa Azafrán, the gateway to Nashville's international district. This event is free but seats are limited, so please RSVP and update your reservation if your plans change.

Chef Lisa Mays will demonstrate the art of making paella, the vibrant and well known rice dish of Spain, often cooked outdoors over an open flame. A key ingredient of paella is azafrán, or saffron, also the inspiration for the name of Casa Azafrán.
