About the event

Our workforce development program, ¡Adelante TN!, is hosting a mock interview event to support members of the Hispanic community currently searching for jobs. Participants will have the chance to practice their interview skills with a team of volunteer interviewers, including HR professionals and interview experts, and leave feeling more confident and prepared for real job opportunities.

What will volunteers do

Volunteer translators will support the ¡Adelante TN! mock interview event by providing Spanish-English consecutive interpretation during interviews. Their help ensures participants can fully engage and express themselves, regardless of their English level. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to help and good communication skills!
