We are looking for friendly and reliable bilingual volunteers to help support our upcoming job fair and make sure job seekers and employers feel welcomed and supported throughout the event.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Help Spanish-speaking job seekers communicate with employers when needed.
Provide basic English–Spanish interpretation during conversations between job seekers and employers.
Help attendees navigate the event and locate employers, registration, or other areas.
Support the event team with other tasks as needed.

Ideal Volunteer:

Comfortable speaking both English and Spanish.
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds.
Able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
Reliable and willing to work as part of a team.
Previous interpretation or event experience is helpful but not required.

Volunteers are not expected to provide professional or technical interpretation. The main goal is to help facilitate communication and make the job fair more accessible and welcoming for Spanish-speaking participants.
