The Community Job Fair, hosted by Conexión Américas and the Urban League of Middle TN, connects job seekers with employers who are actively hiring. In addition to employment opportunities, attendees can access career resources, workforce development services, and community support designed to help individuals achieve long-term career success.

What will volunteers do

As a volunteer translator/interpreter at our job fair, you will play a key role in guiding community members, helping them communicate with potential employers, and connecting them with job opportunities. Our team of volunteer translators and interpreters will support attendees who are not fluent in English, ensuring they can fully engage with employers and make the most of this experience.

Available Shifts:

Shift 1: 10am to 12pm 
Shift 2: 11am to 1pm
