About the event

This is a community gathering centered on sharing churros and hot chocolate while creating a welcoming space for connection, reflection, and conversation.

What will volunteers do

Volunteers will support the smooth flow of the event and help create a warm and welcoming space for guests.

• First shift (10am-12pm): Assist with event setup and decor, arrange materials, and help prepare spaces for guests.

• Second shift (5pm-7pm): Support event activities such as registration, greeting and ushering guests, offering general guidance, and light cleanup toward the end of the evening.
