Help us bring our Backpack Distribution Event to life as we prepare to welcome over 500 local students and families for a day of community & support 🎒

Volunteer Requirements:
Ages 16 and older
Comfortable lifting items between 10–25 pounds
Able to work outdoors

Please come prepared!
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
Bring a water bottle
Consider a hat, sunscreen, and other weather-appropriate items

**July in Tennessee can be warm, so please dress for the weather and stay hydrated.

We have 2 shifts available:

Event Setup Volunteer Shift | 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM 

Help us kick off our annual Backpack Distribution Event by assisting with setup before families arrive.

Volunteers will help:

• Set up tents, tables, chairs, and event materials
• Arrange decorations and activity areas
• Organize backpacks and supplies for distribution
• Prepare the event space for community members

Event Day Support & Breakdown Shift 2| 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM 

Join us during the final portion of our annual Backpack Distribution Event and help us wrap up a successful day serving local families.

Volunteers will assist with:

• Backpack distribution and event support
• Restocking supplies as needed
• Taking down tents, tables, chairs, decorations, and materials
• Loading event items for transport and storage

Your help ensures we can serve families efficiently and leave the space clean and organized after the event.
