Volunteer will greet and intake clients coming in for tax preparation appointments. They will receive training on how to perform a quality review of individual tax returns. Over the course of the 2hrs, they will perform 2-3 quality reviews. Volunteers will do a day of shadowing and will begin their responsibility during their 2nd day. Volunteers must be able to commit to at least 4 days of support.
