About the event

PaP is a program that provides weekly workshops to promote an effective partnership between Latino parents and MNPS schools, to ultimately improve children’s academic achievement. At the end of this 6 week series, parents understand how to navigate the school system and advocate for their child. They are then rewarded with a parental virtual graduation ceremony!

What will volunteers do

Volunteers will deliver graduation materials to program participants (cluster deliveries and volunteers will be never given more than an hour worth of driving). Volunteers will drop off graduation bags at parents' homes in preparation for the big event! Volunteers will receive addresses and contact information of each participant.
