What will volunteers do

Volunteers will play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for attendees. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the lobby, offering a friendly welcome to set the tone for the event.

• Assisting with entry logistics by opening the main door and guiding participants to the registration or workshop area.

• Serving as a first point of contact, helping participants feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.
