Event: Conexión Américas will host la Distribución de Comida y Pañales

When: Tuesday December 14th from 12:00pm-4:30pm. 

Where: 2401 Edge O Lake Dr, Antioch, TN 37013

Volunteer Roles:

We are looking for volunteers to help with the following aspects of this important event: 

• Tagging Cars (4 volunteers)  
  • Experience volunteering with Conexión Américas preferred
  • Able to walk/run semi-consistently for duration of event
  • Able to keep a well-paced flow of work

• Parking Attendants (5 volunteers)  
  
  • Placed at the park entrance by the traffic light and 3 in the back of the building, 1 directing traffic flow in the front of food distribution  
  • In charge of direct traffic, helping coordinate a second line of cars when possible, helping MNPD placed in the entrance, etc. 

• Tally Counter  (1 volunteer) 
  • Volunteers that are able to walk/run semi-consistently for the duration of the event preferred. 
  • Keeps a total tally of boxes based on window signs, and provide event flyers when needed.
  • Becomes back-up tagger of cars
