About the event

Conexión Américas' Battle of the Paellas in collaboration with Love & Exile, is a fundraising event that features four competitors luchando to be named the best paella chef in town.

What will volunteers do

As a volunteer for Battle of the Paellas, you will assist with any necessary food prep and help competitors during the food competition. These tasks may include but not limited to: cleaning/sanitizing work station, measuring ingredients, cutting and portioning food.
