We are excited to welcome our community as volunteers for our Backpack Distribution Event!

Join us for a day of community, support, health awareness and back-to-school celebration!

Help us give away backpacks with school supplies to more than 600 local students and families by managing the supplies table, assisting families navigating the distribution event and choosing their preferred supplies! 

Volunteer Requirements:
- We welcome ages 16 and older
- Must be comfortable standing, moving and, in some cases lifting
- Able to work outdoors

Please come prepared!

The event will be held outdoors, in a park. We will have tents for shade, but July in Tennessee can be warm, so please dress for the weather and stay hydrated.

- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
- Bring a water bottle
- Consider a hat, sunscreen, and other weather-appropriate items
